Job Summary
CCM’s Business Development Coordinator drives growth by identifying and engaging law firms and professionals for our ethical collection services. Founded in 2025 to serve attorneys nationwide, this role leverages targeted outreach, marketing, and networking to build referral pipelines, aligning with our playbook for relationship-driven client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and map potential clients, including solo practitioners, mid-size firms, and referral sources like accountants via bar associations and LinkedIn.
- Execute outreach campaigns using email templates, CLE presentations, and SEO-optimized content on ethical fee recovery.
- Coordinate networking events, webinars, and partnerships with organizations like San Diego County Bar.
- Track leads in CRM, scheduling consultations and following up to convert prospects.
- Develop marketing collateral, such as one-pagers and referral agreements compliant with Rule 1.5.1.
- Analyze campaign performance (e.g., referral conversions) and refine strategies monthly.
- Collaborate with the team to tailor pitches highlighting CCM’s contingency model and compliance focus.
- Manage social media presence on LinkedIn to showcase success stories and thought leadership.
- Report on business development metrics, including new sign-ups and revenue from referrals.
- Support intake by qualifying leads for seamless onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or legal marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics tools.
- Strong networking and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of legal industry dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience promoting services to attorneys.
- Knowledge of California Bar referral rules.
- Content creation skills for CLE outlines.
- Event coordination certification.
