Job Summary
CCM’s Data & Case Management Specialist maintains our case management and collection software, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and system integrations. Supporting our 2025-launched, compliant recovery operations, this role keeps information flowing securely between legal, accounting, and communication tools for efficient, ethical service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update case data, including debtor details, payment histories, and status notes in Clio or similar systems.
- Generate custom reports on caseloads, recovery rates, and compliance metrics for leadership.
- Integrate tools (e.g., CRM with accounting software) to automate workflows like remittance alerts.
- Perform data cleanups and backups to prevent errors or losses.
- Train staff on system usage and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Monitor data quality, flagging inconsistencies for review.
- Support audit preparations by exporting datasets compliant with privacy laws.
- Develop dashboards for real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with IT on software updates and enhancements.
- Ensure all data handling follows FDCPA and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Business, or related.
- 2+ years in data management or legal software support.
- Proficiency in case management tools (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther) and SQL/Excel.
- Analytical skills for reporting and error detection.
- Commitment to data security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in legal tech (e.g., Clio Certified Administrator).
- Experience in collections data workflows.
- Knowledge of API integrations.
- Advanced analytics with Tableau.
